Private Tutoring
Commitment
Lessons are charged by the hour. You may start lessons any month of the year and we will set a default end date, based on the season (school year vs. summer). You are never locked in and may end your plan at anytime with two weeks’ notice.
Scheduling
Pick your day/time and attend lessons weekly, with the exception of school vacation weeks and federal holidays. With over 40 highly qualified teachers on staff, we’ll find the perfect fit for your child.
Policies
Our goal is momentum and effectiveness. To do this, we need students to attend lessons regularly. We are able to refund families up to twice a term when advanced notice of a cancellation is given.
Small Groups
Commitment
Lessons are charged by the hour. Join a group at any time in the year. Small groups are set up to end in early June, yet you may withdraw at any time by giving 2 weeks’ notice.
Scheduling
Sign up for an existing group on our calendar. Or, grab a couple of friends and request your ideal day/time. We have plenty of teachers ready to launch new groups!
Policies
Perfect attendance is not required. You may schedule a make-up by joining another group on our schedule. Just let us know your plans and we will prepare accordingly.
Summer Programs
Commitment
Camps are charged by the week and small groups are charged by a package of sessions. Registration opens in early February. Refunds are available for any cancellations made before June 1.
Scheduling
Week-long camps run Monday-Thursday all summer long. Weekly groups meet for 90 minutes once a week. We love to customize camps and groups. Bring us a group of kids and we will match your ideal dates/times.
Policies
Summer is busy! Absences from a weekly group can be easily made-up by joining another class the following week. Typically, there are no make-up options for missing days of camp.
Let’s start with a conversation
Our intake calls take 30 minutes, and are an excellent way for you to tell us about your child and where they’re struggling. We’ll listen, assess the situation, and set up a plan to meet them where they’re at.
